I don't know how some people wait until their child's birth to find out the sex. There is just NO way I could be that patient. Major props to those of you who wait to find out.
When Lisa and Will did their maternity session with me, I asked them if they would humor me and let me play around with some smoke bombs. Since they didn't know the baby's sex, but we thought smoke bombs would be a fun way for Lisa and Will to make their announcement-once the baby was born. I got two pink and two blue smoke bombs and luckily the baby was a boy because the pictures with the blue smoke bomb turned out much better! ;)
Lisa contacted me about an in-home newborn shoot and I was so very excited. Although different from what has become my average session, I have a weak spot for babies and I'm always up for trying things out of my comfort zone.
There's no denying it. Baby C is as cute as a button and his parents are head over heels in love. Although they are a little sleep deprived these days, they are as warm and as loving as ever. Thank you, Munro family, for letting me have such an important role in this special time of your lives.
